    Love seeing Michelle once a week, I have arthiritis in my knees and hips which at 42 is a total pain but Michelle works round this all the time and always finds something we can do without making me feel like an old lady!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is very good and listening to what you want to achieve and sets about helping you reach your goal with realistic targets, she is also a pleasure to chat to and always up for a laugh- which always helps.

    If your looking for a no nonsense approach to getting fit on a one to one basis with times to suit you I cannot recommend her highly enough.
